If the horse his behaviour is a reflection of ours, it is us we need to talk about.
Lets take a close look at our behaviour and what is causing it.
Let’s shine light on our fears, limiting beliefs and patterns.
The communication with our horse is like water in a river. If the water is clear, we can see beneath the surface, we see the rocks on the bottom of the river. Because of the clear water, we know exactly where to step. We still have to climb over the rocks but we know where they are and how they look.
If the water is muddy and we can’t see anything, we tend to trip and stumble.
The rocks are the same, but we can’t see them. Therefore we keep stumbling.
First step towards a clear communication is to clean up your muddy water.
We need to filter all the sand, tiny rocks and stones and branches out of it.
Once the water gets clear, the path through the river becomes visible.
